The Nub is an attractive and unique collection of chairs with solid beech frame and numerous finish options. The line is produced by exclusive Spanish manufacturer of high quality furniture Andreu World. The collection offers a wide choice of chairs for public places such as canteens, cafés, restaurants and food-courts. The design of the Nub line was created by internationally renowned Spanish architect and designer Patricia Urquiola.
The Nub collection is notable for its design as the result of sophisticated woodworking process and the modern detailing of the sculpted backrest. The geometry of spindles is not only for aesthetic purposes but also provides lumbar support. The alternating rhythm of the namesake nubs gives the pieces their materiality and three dimensional quality.
The Nub line consists of chairs, armchairs and lounge chairs, as well as throne and bench chairs made with solid beech wood seat and backrest and available in different bases: 4-legged solid beech wood base, sled steel base featured in polished chrome, black, white or red finish or a 4 star aluminum central swivel base with self-return system and available in polished aluminum, black, white or red finish. The throne and bench are only available with a 4-legged solid beech wood base.
