Order placing into production
We carefully prepare the specification of the furniture chosen by the customer and promptly place the order to the factory.
The contract with the customer is signed, and we prepare documentation for placing the order to the supplier’s factory. The demanding task of this stage of the project is to ensure that the furniture is ordered correctly. The complex specification with many specific codes is being prepared for the factory. The factory accepts the order and sends back its official confirmation, which is to be double checked by our managers in order to avoid any mistakes in the order.
At the same time, the terms of payment are being agreed with the factory, based on the agreements and our responsibility to the manufacturer, regardless of the terms of payment by our customer. Another important task of our work when placing the order is the promptness on which the order will be launched into production, to prevent any further delays of delivery dates agreed in the contract with the customer.
