In March, the executive management of the Concept company, Yuri Pavlov and Sergey Tsatskin, visited the 30th international real estate exhibition MIPIM hosted in Cannes.
The world’s leading real estate exhibition and conference MIPIM brings together investors, developers, and property owners to discuss the future of the market. Every year the event attracts over 20,000 real estate professionals and specialists in the field of management and consulting from 100 countries, as well as several thousand international investors, CEOs, and C-level professionals. Over three thousand exhibiting companies showcased significant commercial development projects. The event held over a hundred of conference sessions.
The key theme at MIPIM 2019 was the economic growth, sustainable performance and community cohesion over the next 30 years. Other topics discussed at the event included the best strategies to benefit over the longer term and to ensure people’s quality of life, as well as the way to commit responsible practices and employ existing resources optimally.
