ARCH MOSCOW, Workshop «Houses A-Class» 2025

On May 21−24, the XXX International Exhibition of architecture and design ARCH MOSCOW was held in Gostiny Dvor. It was attended by architectural bureaus, development and construction companies, manufacturers and distributors of exclusive materials, specialized educational institutions, and industry media. The program included more than 200 events — discussions, round tables, lectures, workshops and case sessions.

The Workshop «Houses A-Class», a traditional participant of the ARCH MOSCOW, is a modern point of attraction for the community of architects, designers, suppliers, manufacturers, developers. It is a platform for bringing together and exchanging professional opinions of specialists from different fields who together create premium segment spaces. This year, the «Houses A-Class» cluster occupied almost a quarter of the entire ARCH MOSCOW exposition. The program was very rich and covered not only architecture and design issues, but also the prospects of partnership, joint events and projects.

Yuri Pavlov, founder of Concept, took part in the discussion «Premium interior solutions as a business tool». In a dialogue with other speakers, the issues of capitalization of an object due to a high-quality interior, the characteristics of premium furniture, and the difference in approach when creating an interior for personal use and an interior for further sale were discussed. Yuri Pavlov also presented a new project of Concept company for the production of furniture and interior solutions using innovative bio-leather based on apple processing. The project aroused intense interest among the Workshop community.

The exchange of experience on the «Houses A-Class» platform gives a new impetus to the growth of companies operating in the A-class segment and contributes to the formation of innovative ideas for the development of the industry. Thanks to the interdisciplinary format and the support of the professional community, the Workshop «Houses A-Class» and all partners were awarded a diploma for the best curatorial exhibition at ARCH MOSCOW 2025.
